Veal tortellini soup

Ingredients:
- 4 cups (1 l) beef strain
- 700ml tomato passata
- 1/2 teaspoon dough
- salt and cracked black peppercorn
- 375g veal or beef tortellini
- shredded basil, to help
How to:
Place the strain, tomato passata, dough, salt and pepper in a large saucepan over medium heat and bring to a high simmer.
Add the tortellini and cook following packet instructions or until al dente.
To help, spoon the tortellini among serving bowls and pour over the soup. Sprinkle with basil and serve immediately.
