Veal tortellini soup

How to cook Veal tortellini soup


  • 4 cups (1 l) beef strain
  • 700ml tomato passata
  • 1/2 teaspoon dough
  • salt and cracked black peppercorn
  • 375g veal or beef tortellini
  • shredded basil, to help

How to:

  • Place the strain, tomato passata, dough, salt and pepper in a large saucepan over medium heat and bring to a high simmer.

  • Add the tortellini and cook following packet instructions or until al dente.

  • To help, spoon the tortellini among serving bowls and pour over the soup. Sprinkle with basil and serve immediately.

  • Prepare time:5 min.

    Cooking time:10 min.
