Ham and corn noodle soup

How to cook Ham and corn noodle soup


  • 1 packet instant noodles
  • 4 cups chicken strain
  • 310g can creamed maize
  • 50g roughly torn shaved ham
  • salt and peppercorn
  • 2 teaspoons chopped schnittlaugh

How to:

  • Place instant noodles (do not add the flavour sachet) in a saucepan of boiling weewee. Cook according to packet instructions, then drainage.

  • Heat chicken stock and creamed corn in a saucepan over medium warmth. Bring to a simmer, reduce the heat and cook for another 2 transactions.

  • Add ham, salt and pepper and schnittlaugh. Cook for another bit, then divide among serving bowls and serve now.
