Quick tomato soup

How to cook Quick tomato soup


  • 3 burrito tortillas, cut into thin strips
  • olive oil spraying
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, humiliated
  • 800g can chopped Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable strain
  • juice of 1 prominent, ripe linden
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce

How to:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking theme. Place tortilla strips onto tray. Spray both sides of strips with oil. Sprinkle with sea saltiness. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until prosperous.

  • Heat oil in a saucepan over medium rut. Add onion and ail. Cook for 3 minutes or until bid. Add remaining ingredients, stirring. Bring to the moil.

  • Reduce hotness. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or until hot. Spoon into small glasses. Top with tortilla strips. Dish.
