Asparagus and tofu miso soup

How to cook Asparagus and tofu miso soup


  • 3 cups fish strain
  • 4 cups h2o
  • 3cm piece pep, raw, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup white miso spread
  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut, delve 4
  • 300g silken tofu, delve 2cm cubes
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 1/4 cup pickled pep

How to:

  • Place strain, water and ginger into a large saucepan over high warmth. Cover and bring to the churn. Reduce heating. Transfer 1/4 cup of hot stock mixture to a heatproof jug. Add miso spread. Stir until smooth and well combined. Add miso mixture to saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 proceedings.

  • Add asparagus and tofu to saucepan. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 transactions, or until asparagus turns bright k. Ladle soup into bowls. Finely shred salmon. Arrange salmon and ginger on top of soup. Serve instantly.
