Spicy crab balls with oyster sauce

How to cook Spicy crab balls with oyster sauce


  • 12 dried shiitake mushrooms (see billet)
  • 2 small red chillies, sown, finely shredded
  • 3 garlic cloves, humiliated
  • 250g raw fresh crab inwardness
  • 300g minced pork
  • 1 eggwhite, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2cm piece peppiness, cut into thin strips
  • 1.25L (5 cups) fish strain
  • 2 tbs Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, plus extra to help
  • 300g egg noodles, cooked
  • 6 baby pakchoi, halved, irritated
  • Coriander, to garnishee

How to:

  • Soak mushrooms in boiling water for 10 transactions. Place half the chilli and two thirds of garlic in a bowl with the cycle, pork and eggwhite. Flavour, mix well and roll into 18 balls. Screening, chill for 15 proceedings.
