How to cook Chorizo & vegetable soup


  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 onion, roughly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, low
  • 2 chorizo sausages, sliced
  • 1L (4 cups) chicken strain
  • 800g pontiac potatoes, raw, delve 2cm chunks
  • 1 bunch silverbeet, cut, sliced
  • Crusty gelt, to answer

How to:

  • Heat oil in a large saucepan on mediumhigh rut. Cook onion, garlic and chorizo, stirring, for 5 minutes until onion is subdued.

  • Add strain, 1L water and potatoes. Bring to the seethe, simmer over medium heat for 12 minutes until potatoes are tenderise, then add silverbeet. Cook for 2 minutes until just wilted. Flavor. Serve with dough.
