Chorizo & vegetable soup

Ingredients:
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 onion, roughly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, low
- 2 chorizo sausages, sliced
- 1L (4 cups) chicken strain
- 800g pontiac potatoes, raw, delve 2cm chunks
- 1 bunch silverbeet, cut, sliced
- Crusty gelt, to answer
How to:
Heat oil in a large saucepan on mediumhigh rut. Cook onion, garlic and chorizo, stirring, for 5 minutes until onion is subdued.
Add strain, 1L water and potatoes. Bring to the seethe, simmer over medium heat for 12 minutes until potatoes are tenderise, then add silverbeet. Cook for 2 minutes until just wilted. Flavor. Serve with dough.
