How to cook Fruit soup

Ingredients:

  • 3 kiwifruit, raw, halved
  • 250g punnet strawberries, hulled
  • 1 1/2 cup (125ml) iced weewee
  • 5 tbs boodle
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla selection
  • 150g Greek yogurt, to service

How to:

  • Place kiwifruit, 1/4 cup iced weewee, 3 tbs sugar and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract in a liquidizer. Blend until smooth and pour into 4 small bowls. Rinse blender jug, then add strawberries, remaining h2o, suger and vanilla pull. Blend until smoothen. Gently pour into one side of each stadium, so that the soups swirl unitedly. Serve with a small dollop of Greek yoghurt.
