How to cook White bean & vegetable soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 brown onion, finely shredded
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 2 celery sticks, shredded
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable strain
  • 1 1/2 cups weewee
  • 2 cans butter beans
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and peppercorn, to help

How to:

  • Oestrus 2 tsp olive oil in a saucepan over a medium hotness. Aggregate 1 brown onion, finely shredded, 2 carrots, 2 celery sticks and 2 zucchinis, all sliced. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes until vegetables break.

  • Adjoin 1 1/2 cups vegetable stock and 1 1/2 cups weewee. Simmer, partially covered, for 15 transactions. Stir in 2 cans butter beans, rinsed and knackered. Cook over a low heat for 5 minutes or until warmed through.

  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley. Taste and season with salt and peppercorn. Serve.

  • Prepare time:15 min.

    Cooking time:60 min.
