How to cook Chicken laksa


  • 265g pkt Woolworths Fresh laksa soup
  • 300g chicken strips
  • 140ml can Ayam coconut drub
  • Woolworths Fresh bean sprouts, to answer
  • Fresh coriander leaves, to help

How to:

  • Spot 800ml of water and the laksa powder in a medium saucepan. Stir over a low heat until dissolved and well combined. Increase heat to high and add the packet noodles. Simmer gently for 5 transactions.

  • Add the chicken and simmer for 3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Add the vegetables from the soup packet and coconut emollient, and cook over a low heat for 1-2 minutes or until the vegetables are just bid.

  • Divide the laksa among serving bowls. Top with the bean sprouts and coriander. Serve instantly.
