How to cook Vegetable & tomato pasta soup


  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 x 400g pkt Woolworths Fresh Veggie Mix
  • 1 x 800g can diced Italian tomatoes
  • 1.25L (5 cups) h2o
  • 145g (1 cup) dried macaroni pasta
  • Shaved parmesan, to answer

How to:

  • Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium passion. Add the vegetable mixture and fake, stirring, for 3 minutes or until the leek softens slimly.

  • Add the tomato and h2o, and bring to the seethe. Stir in the pasta and bring back to the furuncle. Reduce heat to spiritualist. Simmer for 15 minutes or until the pasta is al dente. Season with salt and peppercorn.

  • Ladle the soup among serving bowls and top with shaved parmesan to serve.

  • Prepare time:5 min.

    Cooking time:25 min.
