Whitebean and prosciutto soup

How to cook Whitebean and prosciutto soup


  • 2 x 400g cans rinsed and drained cannellini beans
  • 2 peeled and chopped potatoes
  • 6 cups chicken strain
  • 1 crushed clove
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • salt and cracked black peppercorn
  • 6 slices prosciutto

How to:

  • Place cannellini beans, potatoes, chicken strain, garlic and thyme in a large saucepan over medium rut. Simmer for 10 proceedings, then season with salt and cracked black peppercorn. Preheat grill on high-pitched. Spot prosciutto on a baking tray and cook under preheated grill for 2 minutes each side or until crease. Lag, remove the thyme from the soup and, using a hand liquidizer, blend to a smooth eubstance. Transfer to serving bowlful. Break prosciutto into large pieces and sprinkle over soup. Serve now.
