Classic pumpkin soup

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 scallion, shredded, water-washed, dried
- 1 clove, humbled
- 1.25kg butternut pumpkin, raw, seeds removed, delve 2cm pieces
- 2 cups vegetable strain
- 2 cups h2o
- 1 cup Chang's Fried Noodles, to dish
How to:
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium warmth. Add leek and ail. Fix, stirring, for 5 transactions.
Add pumpkin, stock and weewee. Screening. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until pumpkin is bid.
Blend soup in batches. Return to saucepan. Heat over medium heat until hot. Season with salt and peppercorn.
