How to cook Classic pumpkin soup


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 scallion, shredded, water-washed, dried
  • 1 clove, humbled
  • 1.25kg butternut pumpkin, raw, seeds removed, delve 2cm pieces
  • 2 cups vegetable strain
  • 2 cups h2o
  • 1 cup Chang's Fried Noodles, to dish

How to:
