Prawn & wonton soup

Ingredients:
- 1.5L chicken strain
- 3cm piece gingerroot, cut into thin strips
- 18 frozen wontons*
- 24 green prawns, raw, deveined, tails integral
- 100g Chinese barbecued pork*, sliced
- 100g fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 150g baby pakchoi, quartered
- 2 tbs soy, plus extra to service
- Thinly sliced spring onions, to dress
- Sweet chilli sauce, to help
How to:
Place stock and ginger in a large pan and bring to roil. Add wontons and cook for 3 proceedings, then add prawns, pork and mushrooms and cook for 1 bit. Add bok choy and cook for a further minute until wilted, then add soy. Serve in bowls garnished with the scallion, and with extra soy and sweet chilli unofficially.
* Wontons are from Asian and selected supermarkets.
* Chinese grilled pork is from Asian butchers.
