Broccoli and potato soup

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large brown onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, humbled
- 1kg broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 desiree potatoes, raw, shredded
- 2 cups vegetable strain
How to:
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high passion. Add onion and ail. Fudge, stirring, for 3 minutes or until subdued.
Add broccoli, spud, stock and 2 cups cold h2o. Covering. Bring to the seethe. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring, for 10 to 15 minutes or until potato is tenderise. Remove from oestrus. Process until polish. Return to pan. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through. Season with peppercorn. Help.
