Chicken and sweetcorn soup

How to cook Chicken and sweetcorn soup


  • 1 litre salt-reduced chicken strain
  • 2 garlic cloves, low
  • 420g can creamed maize
  • 125g can corn kernels, knackered, rinsed
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cooked wimp
  • 2 teaspoons soy
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

How to:

  • Place strain, ail, creamed maize, corn kernels, half the onion and 1 cup cold water in a saucepan over medium-high warmth. Covering. Bring to the roil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 transactions. Add crybaby, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Stir to combining. Simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through.

  • Gradually stir in egg whiteness, then oil. Divide between bowls. Top with remaining onion. Service.

  • Tip: Turn this into a main meal by adding 50g dried rice vermicelli noodles with the chickenhearted.
